Regardless of whether picture is legit, since microsoft has publicly promised the return of start menu,it should be safe to expect its debut in Windows 9!

4.A healthy lifestyle
Don’t rely on junk every time, a healthy food will give way to fresh and energetic vibes all day!
5.Take proper sleep
Inappropriate sleeping habits is one major cause of stress. Take at least 7-8 hours of sleep everyday.
6.Reducing caffeine consumption is also important for stress relief.
